  Bought a $20 full up and the chicken was not cooked all the way. Not to mention we got bucket full of thighs and drumstick, one wing and one breast!! I had to cook the chicken before we could eat it!

  I do like KFC compared to other chicken chains but this location just leaves a bad experience. This is not the first time i've visited here and almost everytime if I order to-go they will skimp out 1-2 chicken pieces depending on order size. This recent experience is just appalling I had ordered 2 boxes, but they had assumed dine-in which was no problem as it was a simple misunderstanding and I had counted the orders and it was correct so they take back the order to package it, one employee offers to switch a piece as they've gotten new chicken so I accepted. The employee took 2 pieces out of each box and only put back 1 piece in each.
